Resilience is a stat that gives you global resistance, with the amount it gives depending on your health.
$ Damage Taken = Damage * (1 - (Resilience * (1 - % Health Missing))) $
So at full health resilience offer no benefits, at half health global resistance is increase by half your resilience percentage, and at 1hp your global resistance is increase by almost your full resilience percentage. The maximum reduction amount of Resilience seems to be around 75% (higher values than this will result in hitting that cap earlier/at-higher-health). Players seem to naturally have some natural hidden/ unmentioned resilience (20%?)[Confirm]
