The most important thing when kill The Peruvian is time. You can shorter time by team up or use your best weapon.
The Peruvian is a powerful infected which has very high amounts of health and deals strong physical damage. When provoked, the Peruvian has a tendency to move away from the player(s) and stays with nearby infecteds and grants movement speed buff after attacking a player.
The Peruvian is also a unique infected, in which for every main zone (Except 18th, Lakeview Lane, and Survivors' Camp), only one Peruvian appears at a time, possibly at a random location. The Peruvian wanders around the map until he is killed and does not attack the player until the player attacks him before.
After the player(s) managed to kill the Peruvian. It has a chance to drop some rare loot(s), and also commonly drops
Algae, various juices, and 
Reputation.
Killing a Peruvian 20 times will reward "Peruvian" title to the player.
Locations
Every main zone (other than 18th, Lakeview Lane, and Survivors' Camp) has two Peruvian that wanders around the map.
